Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Standard shipping takes 5-8 business days. Express shipping (2-3 business days) is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International shipping to select countries will be available in Q3 2026. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes — once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order through your account dashboard.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Q: Do you offer exchanges?
A: Yes — if you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll exchange it free of charge. For other exchanges, return the original item and place a new order.

Q: Are your products safe for cats?
A: Many of our products are designed for both dogs and cats. Check individual product descriptions for species compatibility. Our brushes, combs, nail files, dental care kit, and deodorizing spray are all cat-safe. Electric clippers and high-velocity dryers are generally recommended for dogs only.

Q: Are your products truly quiet?
A: Yes — our "Quiet Luxury" collection is engineered for low-noise operation. Our Silent LED Pet Nail Grinder operates at under 40 dB (quieter than a library), and our grooming tools are tested for noise level before they earn a place in our collection. A: All electric grooming tools (nail grinders, clippers, dryers) come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Manual tools (brushes, combs, scissors) are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

A: PetGroomLab products are designed in the United States and manufactured in partner facilities that meet our quality and ethical standards. Every product is tested for safety and performance before shipping.
